She was a homemaker by trade and a member of Sand Hill Church of God. Mrs. Ball is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Axlie Nicholes White. She is survived by her husband, R.C. Ball; five children, Rhonda and husband Denver Norton of Newport, Quinton Ball and Christine Cooper of Newport, Gary and wife Angie Ball of Newport, Sabrina and husband Mike Renner of Del Rio, and Krystal Ball and Dennis Mullane of Newport; two sisters, Teresa and husband Robert Bishop of Newport and Mary Gowan of Newport; two brothers, Verlin and wife Patricia White of Del Rio and Fred Jr. and wife Cheryl White of Newport. Mrs. Ball will also be sadly missed by her six grandchildren who were the light of her life, Angel Lucot, Terrence Norton, McKenzie Ball, Ashley Gregory, Kayla and Hanna Renner; four great-grandchildren, Sarah Lucot, Andy Lucot, Angelia Lucot, and Dixie Norton; special sister-in-law, Irene Williamson and Arnold and Jewelene Ball. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 22, 2006, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be Friday, June 23, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Ball officiating. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery.
