JONES, FLOYD R. - 69 of Jefferson City, passed away Friday January 26, 2007 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a member of North View Church of God and was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Venice Jones, brothers, Jack, Danny and Franklin Jones and son, Harold Jones. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mildred B. Jones of Jefferson City; daughters, Joyce (Jeff) Vaughn, Kingsport, Helen (Larry) Hanawa, New Market, Stacy (David) Humphrey of Strawberry Plains; son, Roger Jones, Jefferson City; grandchildren, Randy Smith, Travis Jones, Nathan Thomas, Kayla Hanawa and Breanna Bell; sisters, Nadine Hardine and Wilma Gann; special friends, Clark, William, Tony, Diane Denton and all his friends at Piedmont General Store. Funeral service 8 p.m. Monday at Fielden Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jim Smith officiating. Interment 2 p.m. Tuesday in Pollard Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday prior to services at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
