Kelso (K.B. ) Weaver-age 82 of Seymour, born August 13, 1927 passed away June 24, 2010. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and member of Love’s Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents Alvis and Cora Weaver, 2 infant brothers and sister Lillian. K.B. is survived by his wife of 62 years Louise Weaver; sons Gene (Mary) and Mike (Lois) Weaver, daughters Libby (Ralph) Loveday, Linda (Lowell) Johnson and Carolyn (Charlie) Miller; grandchildren: Devin, Robbie, Bobby and Cierra Weaver, April Reed, Lisa McGill, Stephen and Daniel Loveday, Amanda and Adam Johnson; 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; brothers Don, Herb (Margaret), and Cliff (Wanda) Weaver and Hugh (Della) Welch; sisters Dixie (Al) Marceau and Ruth Surrette. Special thanks to Kim Ivey and the hospice nurses Linda, Rita and Julie. Visitation services will be Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Highland South Memorial Park Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. with Reverend Jackie Parris officiating. Interment services will be Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Valley Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are Don Weaver, Scott McGill and the “Hardware Boys”. Guestbook may be signed at www.highlandmemorialparks.com.
