Kelso (K.B. ) Weaver-age 82 of Seymour, born August 13, 1927 passed away June 24, 2010. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and member of Love’s Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents Alvis and Cora Weaver, 2 infant brothers and sister Lillian. K.B. is survived by his wife of 62 years Louise Weaver; sons Gene (Mary) and Mike (Lois) Weaver, daughters Libby (Ralph) Loveday, Linda (Lowell) Johnson and Carolyn (Charlie) Miller; grandchildren: Devin, Robbie, Bobby and Cierra Weaver, April Reed, Lisa McGill, Stephen and Daniel Loveday, Amanda and Adam Johnson; 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; brothers Don, Herb (Margaret), and Cliff (Wanda) Weaver and Hugh (Della) Welch; sisters Dixie (Al) Marceau and Ruth Surrette. Special thanks to Kim Ivey and the hospice nurses Linda, Rita and Julie. Visitation services will be Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Highland South Memorial Park Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. with Reverend Jackie Parris officiating. Interment services will be Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Valley Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are Don Weaver, Scott McGill and the “Hardware Boys”. Guestbook may be signed at www.highlandmemorialparks.com. Highland South Memorial Park, Funerals and Cremations is providing arrangements.
