James F. Sinclair of Seymour, formerly of Pembroke, Massachusetts, born September 25, 1931, passed away on June 10, 2008, after a long illness. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and was an avid horseman, active in rodeos and horse shows. He also enjoyed boating, playing polo and camping. He was especially fond of his multiple pets, most recently, Sassy, Bugsy and Fancy.
He was employed by Bethlehem Steel Shipyard, General Dynamics Boat Division, and Stone & Webster Engineering, all in Massachusetts. He then worked at T.V.A., Knoxville office, and Watt’s Bar Nuclear Plant as a Quality Assurance Engineer until his retirement in 1993. He was a graduate of Whitman High School and Northeastern University in Massachusetts.
Preceded in death by his parents Dorothy and James Sinclair, step-mother, Olive Young Sinclair, grandson, Danny Joseph Pedro and granddaughter Emily Alexandra Hastings, son-in-law, John Pedro, and mother-in-law, Bernice (Hanna) Carpenter.

Sister-in-law: Millie Merolli of Raynham, MA
Brother-in-law: Richard Carpenter and wife Bunny of East Bridgewater, MA
Grandchildren: Christina Watson and husband Brian, Jennifer Wager, Brian Wager, Courtney Sizemore, Wendy and James Pedro, Caitlin, Chelsea, Tyler, and Paul LeMoine. Stephany and James Sinclair, Darrell Valentine, all of Seymour. Amanda, Megan, and James McCormick of Maryville.
Great Grandchildren: Kayla, Josh, and Gracie Watson, Cloie and Jake Pedro, Bella Coffey.
The family wishes to express great thanks to Dr. Lethco and his staff as well as all the nurses with UT Hospice.
