HANCOCK, PAUL L. - 82, of Hickman Rd., Kodak, passed away Sunday, April 18, 1999, at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Mr. Hancock was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Hickman Hancock; grandson, David Harold Stallings; parents, Joe and Linda Lane Hancock; brothers, Cecil, Edd, John, Fred and Bondis (Blue) Hancock; and sister, Martha Hancock Hill. Mr. Hancock is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Grace and Harold Stallings of Sevierville, Nadine Cate of Knoxville; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Charlotte Hancock and Ray and Linda Hancock, all of Kodak; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and brother, W.M. Hancock of Knoxville. Service for Paul will be 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, at Rawlings Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bill Winters and Rev. Doug White officiating. Interment will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 22, at Pollard's Cemetery in Kodak. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Rawlings Funeral Home. [S58] Marriage Certificate.
