DAVIS , SADIE LEONA - age 89, of Maryville, passed away Sunday morning, August 3, 2003, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Wildwood Baptist Church and preceded in death by husband, Murrell Davis parents, S.P. and Celia Graves brothers, Roy, Charles and Will Graves sisters, Tisha McGill, Mae Hannah, Martha Latham, Ethel Denham and Lois Parker. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Carolyn Davis of Seymour daughter and son-in-law, Geraldine and Willie Welch of Maryville grandsons, Tony Hurst, Michael Davis and Mark Davis granddaughters, Dorand and husband, Robin England, Gwendolyn and husband, Jason Smith, and Diane Parks step grandchildren, Rex Welch, Joann Bedford and Dwyane Wilson 11 great-grandchildren eight step great- grandchildren very special friend, Lucille Loveday of Seymour, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 4, 2003, at Miller Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Chuck Young officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Ellejoy Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
