Herman Willis Jones, Jr., age 65 of Sevierville, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Almond Tipton; grandmother, Nancy Tipton; daughter, Stephanie Virginia Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Carrolinda Jones; sons, Robert and Tiffiany Jones, Richard and Melissa Jones; honorary daughter, Penny Wilson; grandchildren, Trey and Zachery Jones, Cooper Jones, Katelyn and Madison Reece; mother, Louray Tipton; sister and brother-in-law, Polly and James Gardner; extended family, Foye Davis and Charlie Ogle.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Tuesday with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. David Newman will officiating. Pallbearers will be Richie Jones, Trey Jones, David Starkey, Jimmy Waters, Lewis Bryant and Brian Finchum. Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Brooks, Wayne Countess, and Jack Waters.
