(May 8, 1965 - March 11, 2006) Billy R.R. Allen, Sr., age 40 of Newport went to be with his Lord on March 11, 2006 at 2 a.m. at Baptist Hospital of Cocke County. Billy was of the Baptist faith and attended Hilltop Baptist Church. Billy is preceded in death by his father John W. Allen, foster brother Jerry Lee Waters, Sr., infant brother Arville Elvis Allen and his grandparents. Billy is survived by his loving and caring wife Tabatha Wilson Allen of Newport, 5 children “Sunshine” Faye Louise Betty Ann Allen, Billy Robert Ray Allen Jr., Louianna Delsie “Starlight” Marie Allen, Johnny Earl Larry Lee Allen, and Ace Chapman William Braley Allen, sister and brother-in-law Ella Faye (Virgil) Manos, special nephew Ray John Allen all of Cosby brother Larry Allen, mother Minnie Louise Breeden Allen of Cosby. Funeral services 8 p.m. Monday March 13, 2006 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel , burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday March 14, 2006 in Stokley Chapel Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday prior to the services. Billy will be sadly missed by a host of family and friends that loved Billy like a brother.
