(February 19, 1952 - August 19, 2008) Glenna Ruth McGaha, age 56, of Morristown, passed away, Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at U.T. Medical Center, Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joel and Lela McGaha; brothers, Dale and Daniel McGaha; and sisters, Edna Sue McGaha and Thelma Warden. She is survived by her devoted sister and guardian, Ann Phillips, of Newport; sisters, Georgia Powell of Monroe, LA and Frances Shelley of Newport; brothers, Bert McGaha of Newport, and Richard McGaha of Smithville, TX; several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her special friends and caregivers of Lakeway Center in Morristown. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Friday, August 22, 2008 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Dale Robertson officiating. Burial will be 11:00 am, Saturday, August 23, 2008 in Hale & Houston Valley Cemetery; pallbearers will be her nephews.
