Survived by loving wife, Mrs. Helen Wilson Chandler; 4 step children; nieces & nephews whom he helped raise as his children: Deborah (Raleigh) Wynn, John (Gloria) Moulden, Ola Bell (George) Cureton, Starlin (Faye) Moulden, Karen Moulden, Fate (Zena) Moulden; brothers, Billy & Howard Chandler, Sr.; and a host of other nieces and nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends Tuesday 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon at Jarnigan's chapel, Rev. Steven Steele officiating assisted by other ministers. Interment to follow with full military honors at the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Jarnigan & Son Mortuary.
