Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lucente, ST., 4028 Jackson, announced the engagement of their daughter, Stella Marie, to Joseph John Hennessy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Austin Hennessy, 5308 Monroe. Miss Lucente teaches the sixth grade at the Hay school. The wedding is planned for Sept. 10 at St. Mel's church. Reception will be held at the Edgewater Beach hotel. A graduate of St. Mel High school, the groom-elect is the sales manager and part owner of an automobile agency in Hammond, Ind. The bride-to-be attended Providence High school and De Paul university. She received the master of education degree from Loyola university.
