Shearl, Daniel Martin, age 24, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 3, 2005 at Sevier County Healthcare Center after a lengthy illness. Member of New Hopewell Baptist Church. He was a 2000 graduate of South-Doyle High School. Survivors Parents, Frank and Jane Shearl; half-sister, Suzanne Martin and husband, Tracy of Maryville; grandmother, Ernestine Blalock of Knoxville; special aunt and uncle, Jo and Jack Nave of Sevierville; aunts, Dolores and husband, Ronnie Hickey of Knoxville; Joann Blalock of Knoxville; uncle, Jimmy Blalock and wife, Suzy of Seymour. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Sevier County Healthcare Center, especially Kari Reno, who were a special family to Daniel. Service Family and friends will meet at Highland South Cemetery at 12:00 Noon Tuesday for entombment services, Rev. Don Long officiating. Family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
