November 19, 1930 - September 18, 2014 Heaven rejoiced when Bernice Ruth Ellis Ogle "Mimie", age 83 of Sevierville, made it to her heavenly home Thursday, September 18, 2014 surrounded by her family that she loved so dear. Bernice was truly the best example of a fine Christian women who loved her family with everything she had. Bernice was greeted in heaven by her parents Lydia Ellis McMahan (Jack) and father Milo Ellis and sons Larry Bruce and Johnny Rex Ogle. Sadly left to greatly miss her presence is her loving husband of over 67 years Gentry Rex Ogle. Daughters: Kathy Brackins, Karen Whitlock, and Kay Ogle. Grandchildren: Amy Daniels, Dustin Daniels and Margeaux Clements, Kim Ogle Hudson and husband Shawn, Holly and Nicole Whitlock, Jon Mylan Ogle-Clabo, Joanne Ogle Sheldon, her children and grandchildren. Great Grandchildren: Marah Herrell, Sydnie and Kelsie Hudson and Blakely Clements, Sisters: Lottie Ogle, Betty Ogle and Ella Mae Lane, and other family members whom she loved and loved her. Her last couple of months were especially happy due to gardening, flowers and spending Sunday afternoons with family, especially her great grand babies. Special ones who loved and cared for her were David Herrell, Dr. Riedel, Regina and Sara. The family will receive friends from 3-5 PM Sunday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 5 PM with Rev. Travis Russell and Rev. Jeremy Grisham officiating.
