He is survived by his daughter Tammy Hance Holt and son Rodney Leon Hance, stepchildren Ralphene Ball and Charles David Ball, special companion Hazel Lundy, granddaughter Emily Nicole Bugg, grandsons Kyle McMahan, Rodney Aaron, Joshua and Jacob Hance, brother Johnny Hance, sister Beulah Maloy, Imogene Taylor, Trula Gregg and Shirley Allen special friend Charles Bugg ; nephew and fishing buddy Jeff Allen. Funeral services 8 p.m. Saturday Oct. 2, 2010 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Wilson and Rev. Max Sauls officiating. Burial will be 2 p.m. Sunday Oct. 3, 2010 in Ray’s Chapel Cemetery.
