Tommy “Otis” Orin Morrow, of Newport, born September 9, 1955, passed away February 24, 2009, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Morrow and Frances Burgin-Morrow; as well as a brother, Charles Lewis Morrow. He is survived by his daughter, Orin Morrow, New York, N.Y.; sister, Arletha Morrow, of Newport; brothers, Jerry and Curtis Morrow, of Parrottsville; along with several nieces and nephews. He will also be sadly missed by his extended family of Ernie and Sarah Hartsell, of Newport. A celebration of life will be held at Edgemont Church of God Sunday, March 1, 2009, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Tennessee Chapter-Knoxville, Tenn., or East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, Knoxville, Tenn.
