Foster, age 77, of Morristown, passed away Monday night, February 16, 2004, at Fort Sanders Hospital in Knoxville, TN. He was a car salesman in Morristown for many years. Mr. Foster was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Foster; son, Michael, and wife, Laura Foster, of Morristown; brothers, Homer Foster, of Hot Springs, N.C., and Charles Foster, of Dandridge, TN; sisters, Kathleen Elswick, of Dandridge, and Veral Elswick, of Harmon, Va.; granddaughter, Sarah Foster, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 18, 2004, at 8:00 p.m. at Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown, TN, with the Rev. Ritchie Hayes officiating. Graveside services will be at Fairview Church Cemetery in Hot Springs, N.C., at 2:00 p.m. Thursday. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 8 p.m. prior to the services at Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown.
