Mr. Stacy ``Dino'' Chambers, 38, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Mr. Chambers was born October 14, 1967 in Blount County, TN, son of Jim and Charlotte Breeden Chambers. Stacy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rexie and Inez Breeden, and Robert and Minnie Chambers; brother, James Robert Chambers; and his sister, Lisa Diane Chambers Lawrence. He was a member of Tilton Baptist Church where he was the Youth Choir Director. Mr. Chambers was employed at Shaw Industries where he was a mechanic.
In addition to his parents, Stacy is survived by his loving wife, Carol Swinney Chambers of the residence; daughters, Emily Chambers, and Keri Findley; brother, Doug Chambers; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Steve and Donna Eads; father-in-law, Earl Swinney; and mother-in-law, Jean Swinney Harris.
Services will be held Sunday, November 6, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. from the Tilton Baptist Church with Pastor Scott Chastain and Reverend Randell E. Trammell officiating. Mr. Chambers will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Sunday. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Paul Skyles, Kevin Morris, Ryan Lewis, Doug Chambers, Steve Eads, and Jamie Dills serving as pallbearers. Honorary escort will be Tyler Lewis. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday, November 5, 2005 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o Tilton Baptist Church, 810 Tilton Church Rd. SE, Dalton, GA 30721.
