Inez Akins Breeden, 87 of Maryville passed away July 20, 2004 at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents: Charlie and Lydia Trout Akins; husband: Rexie L. Breeden; sisters: Hazel Akins, Pauline Selvidge, and Myrtle Akins; brother: Bill Akins. Survivors include her children: Barbara Cogburn, Edith Teffeteller and Donald Breeden of Maryville, Ernestine Cloutier of Maine, and Charlotte Chambers of Georgia; brothers and sisters: John Akins of Maryville, Charles Akins of Loudon, Virgil Akins, Elmer Akins, and Raymond Akins all of Sweetwater, and Arizona Selvidge of Loudon; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Funeral Home in Maryville with Minister Dale Beavers officiating. The family and friends will meet at Zion Chapel Cemetery in Louisville at 11:00 a.m Friday for a graveside service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Funeral Home. Condolences may be emailed to memorialfh@yahoo.com
