Mr. Dusty 'Russ' Sartin, age 54, of Newport , passed away Monday, September 8, 2014, at the Pigeon Forge Care and Rehab Center in Sevierville. Mr. Sartin was preceded in death by his mother Ethel Sartin, father Birchel Sartin, sister Deloris Sartin, brother Ronald Sartin, and nephew Sennaway Sartin. Survivors include his sisters Sherry Evans and Towanna Evans, brothers Terry (Colleen) Sartin and Norman (Lillie) Sartin, sisters-in-law Donna Sartin Hall and Debra Sartin Lane, all of Newport . Additional survivors include a host of family and friends. Following cremation by Costner-Maloy, the family will hold a memorial service on Friday, September 12, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. at the home of Norman Sartin, 103 Rays Loop, Newport , TN.
