She was preceded in death by: husband, Joe Franklin; mother, Grace McMurray Ogle; father, Winfred A. McMurray. Survived by: one daughter, Tina Webb of Halls; two granddaughters, Mica Keebler of Halls and Ashley Webb of Powell; two great grandchildren, Gracie and Christian; sister, Betty Jean Cogdill of Kodak; brother, Jim McMurray and wife Elaine of Maynardville; several aunts, one uncle that was also a special friend, Bill and Juanita Actchley, several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 5 to 7 Saturday August 1, 2009 with funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. at Cooke Mortuary.
