"Squire" Ogle, died of a stroke on Wednesday. He was 44. The younger Ogle, named after his grandfather, Benjamin Ogle, was a Knoxville native. He graduated from Central High School, then the University of Tennessee. His father said he developed quite a knack for redeveloping old properties, including the Hamilton House in downtown Knoxville. He also helped renovate the Old City Hall, also in downtown Knoxville. For a time, he worked for Robert Sheridan Properties of Chicago, Ill., but more recently was self-employed and was owner of Over Oaks Golf Course in Kissimmee, Fla. He was a planner and developer of Warehouse Row in Chattanooga; developer of Ponce De Leon, Atlanta, Ga.; the Capital Club, Raleigh, N.C.; and the historic Macon Railroad Station in Macon, Ga. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. today at Gentry-Griffey Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m.
