Vaughn L. Huskey, 83, died Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2005, at St. Mary's Residential Hospice. He was a member at Norwood Baptist Church where he was a Deacon Emeritus. He retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratories. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents Walter A. and Gertrude Huskey, and his first wife Katheryn Bell Huskey.Survivors include his wife Shirley Ingram Huskey; daughter, Sue Rhodes; grandchildren, Suzanne Carson and Christin Bumgardner; two great grandchildren; sisters, Ina Whaley Thornton of Sevierville, and Ada Spencer; brother, Burl Huskey.
