William was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Bonnie Smallwood, parents, Marjorie and Carl Smallwood; brother, Harry Smallwood; grandson, Rickey Webb, II; and son-in-law, Rickey Webb, Sr. He is survived by his children, William (Bear) Smallwood, and Cheryl Webb; and special daughter-in-law, Romana Smallwood; grandchildren, Thomas Smallwood, Stacey (Greg) Kelley, Matthew and Nathan Balas; step grandchildren, Kelley Acord Sevilla (Bigun #1) and Shea Acord Barrionuevo (Bigun #2); great- grandchildren, Tailor Webb and Adysen Kelley; brother, Terry Smallwood; sisters, Joyce (Larry) Brown, Judy (Johnny) Bailey, and Janice Ramsey; stepchildren, Roger Acord, Andy Acord, Gary (Loretta) Acord, Kenny Acord, Sherry (Joey) Ellison, Susie Layman, Betsey Acord and several step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 23, 2015 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Chaplain Edward Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Stokely Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the Manes Funeral Home.
