February 24, 1942 - April 10, 2008 Carolyn Elizabeth Greene, age 66 of Seymour, passed away April 10, 2008. She is preceded in death by her father Paul Gann and sister Margaret Murdock. Survived by her husband of 47 years H.R. (Buddy) Greene, Jr.; mother Lucy Johnson; daughter Paula and husband Reavis Hendren of N.C., son Scott and wife Barb Greene of N.C.; granddaughters Beth and Anna Greene of N.C.; nieces Davonne Evans of Utah, Ragena Labine of Colorado; and many special cousins. Visitation services will be Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 5:00 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Seymour United Methodist Church with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 P.M. with Rev. Brad Hyde, Dr. Charles Burnett and Darren Kitts officiating. Interment services will be Sunday, April 13, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Highland South Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary’s Hospice 7447 Andersonville Pike Knoxville, TN 37938 or Seymour United Methodist Church.
