HOOKS, SAMUEL AUSTIN - age 4 of Clinton, Tennessee, passed away Friday, October 20, 2006 at the U. T. Medical Center in Knoxville. He was preceded in death by: great-grandparents, Henry Horace McGhee, Vestie Sharp, Rev. George Hooks, Mary Ann McGhee; grandfather, Troy Elliott; cousin, Nicholas Hooks. Survivors: mother, Roshelle McGhee Hooks of Clinton, TN; father, Samuel Lee Hooks, Jr., of Clinton, TN; sisters, Samantha Hooks & Kelsea Hooks of Clinton, TN; brothers, Brandon Hooks of Lancing, TN, Shawn Hooks of Clinton, TN; grandmothers, Janice Hooks of Clinton, TN, Mary Kay McGhee of LaFollette, TN; grandfather, Samuel Hooks, Sr., of Oliver Springs, TN; great-grandmother, Imogene Hooks of Oliver Springs, TN; aunts & uncles, Ricky & Layla Hooks of Andersonville, TN, George & Christy Hooks of Clinton, TN, Vicky & Jeff Bolinger of Lake City, TN, April & Michael Richardson of Clinton, TN; great-aunt, Diane McGhee of Clinton, TN; great-uncles, Darrell "Papaw" McGhee of Clinton, TN, Donnie McGhee of Wolfe Valley; special friend, Chris Moles of Clinton, TN; host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 23, 2006 from 6 to 8 pm at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 24th at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Holley-Gamble with Rev. Buddy Hooks officiating. Interment will follow at the Grandview Memorial Gardens in Clinton. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton in charge of all arrangements.
