He was a resident of Life Care Center of Jefferson City, TN. Mr. Carr was a member of New Market Baptist Church and a lifetime member of the Jefferson County Crafts Association. He was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years Reba T. Carr; sisters Ollie C. Trentham and Mayme C. Trentham; brother Harmon Trentham; and parents Amos Carr , Noah and Mary Jane Carr Trentham. Survivors: Son: James Wesley (Jimmy) Carr, Jr. and wife Norma of Dandridge Daughters: Betty C. Howell and husband Joseph L. of Knoxville; Carol A. Bolling and husband Rodger of Sheldon, Illinois Grandchildren: Marty Runyan, Mark Howell, Kenny Carr, Deborah Carr, Michael Carr Great-grandchildren: Marc Kevin and Matthew Runyan, Nathan, Brittney, Steven and Eric Howell, Josh Teems, Kevin Carr, Melissa Paxton, Kerstin and Kendall Carr Sisters: Kate T.
