Survivors include: Father, Blaine Matthews of Rockford; Sisters, Missy Ivens & husband Kenny of Maryville, Natasha Matthews of Rockford; Niece, Lacey Matthews of Rockford; Grandmother, Dee Matthews; Uncles, Carroll Matthews and wife Mary, Malcolm Matthews & wife Carolyn, Wendell Matthews & wife Lois; Aunts, Brenda Matthews, Jean Matthews, Becky Pace, Barbara Harrison & husband Rex; Diana Price & husband Chris, Sheena Lyons; several cousins. A special thanks to everyone at Open Arms Care Center for their love and support of Brandon during his time there. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 29, 2005 in the West Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Wayne Lay officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
