Survivors include sons and daughter in law, Rob and Nancy Russell, Brian Russell all of Loudon; daughter and son in law, Denise and Troy Kiser, Philadelphia; grandchildren, Whitney, Bobby, Samantha, Amber and Josh Russell, Amanda and Matt Kiser; great grandchildren, Brayden and Haley; brothers and sisters in law, Charles and Henretta Russell, Billy and Edna Russell; sisters and brother in law, Effie Nix, Betty Russell, Dorothy Gibson, Lena and Gene Webb. Funeral services 7:00 PM Friday, McGill-Karnes Chapel with Rev. Gary Cook officiating. Contributions in memory of Mr. Russell may be made to East Tennessee Children's Hospital, P.O.
