Edna Hill Ottinger, age 74, of Dandridge, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2010, at Baptist West Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Ottinger, and parents Allen "Dutch" and Lena Mae Hensley Hill. She is survived by her sons Allen and wife Debbie Ottinger and Jay Ottinger; daughters Mary Ann and husband Joel Hance and Kay and husband David Harvey; grandchildren: Stephanie, Jayson, and Jordan Ottinger and David Hance, and special friends Janice Mathis. Family and friends will meet at Chestnut Hill Cemetery on Monday, January 4, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. for an interment service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chestnut Hill Fire Department, 2418 McGaha Hollow Road, Dandridge, TN 37725. Family and friends may call at their convenience at the home of Mary Ann Hance. McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
