TROTTER, MACIE - age 89 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, December 25th, 2010 at Parkwest Medical Center. She was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church since 1949. Macie was employed by S.H. Kress for 30 years and John H. Daniel for several years. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Nellie Keller; brothers, Claude, C.L., and Boyd; sisters, Opal, Eileen, and Velma; husbands, Newell Trotter, and Gentry Stinnett. Macie is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Billie Trotter of Chattanooga; daughters and son-in-law, Janet Murray of Knoxville, and Marilyn and Pat Fleming of Memphis; grandchildren, Jennifer Murray of Memphis, Brian Murray of Knoxville, Kristi Lester of Jacksonville, Florida and Erik Trotter of Chattanooga; great-grandchildren; Jaden, Shaylee, and Ean Lester of Jacksonville, Florida; brothers and sisters-in-law, Luther and Ruth Keller, and Daril and Doris Keller all of Knoxville, Earl and Patsy Keller of Jacksonville, Florida; sister and brother-in-law, Melba and David Hill of Knoxville. A special thanks to Center staff and employees of Baptist Health Care - Lenoir City. A celebration of Macie's life will be 6:30pm Tuesday, at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with the Very Reverend John C. Ross, Dean officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45am Wednesday at Greenwood Cemetery for an 11am graveside service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association , 2200 Sutherland Avenue, Suite H102, Knoxville, TN 37919. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 6:30pm Tuesday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel. Online condolences at www.rosemortuary.com
