Carolyn loved U.T. football, basketball and going camping. She is preceded in death by her parents, Doyle and Lillian Couch. Her survivors include: Husband: Jerry W. Davis Daughter: Cathy Shamblin and husband David Granddaughter: Jessica Brooks and husband Clark Great-granddaughter: Carley Brooks Brother: Joe Crouch and wife Liz Step-son: Michael Davis Sister-in-law: Geraldine Welch Several nieces and nephews Pallbearers: Joe Couch, Ronnie Reed, Dennis Murrey, John Samples, Jason Smith, and Tony Hurst. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mary Wilburn, Geneva Smelcer, and all the employees of Sevierville Care and Rehab, especially those in the east wing.
