Ann Drennan Pack
Died: 01-23-2005 Ann Drennan Pack, 81, went to be with the Lord Sunday, January 23, 2005, at Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee in Knoxville, Tenn.
A little Irish lady born May 13th, 1923, in the town of Ballymena in the County of Anrtrim in Northern Ireland.
She worked for the Government of Northern Ireland before coming to the United States in 1947. Five years later she married Air Force Serviceman Fred L. Pack, of Del Rio. She attended First Baptist Church of Morristown.
She was preceded in death by her daughters, Karen Gail Pack and Alice Ann Pack; parents, Samuel (Sam) and Alice (Blair) Scott; sisters, Norah McGall, Margaret Kennedy, and Martha Riggins.
Ann is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Fred Pack, who retired from the Air Force.
She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and David Nichols, of Newport; daughter-in-law, Marcia Pack, of Houston, Tex.; sons, Fred Pack Jr., of Sevierville; Drennan Nathan Pack, of Woodward, IA; Brian Pack, of Midland, Tex.; and son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Sandra Pack, of Cosby; grandchildren, Brandi Nichole Pack, Brian Pack Jr., Sheree Pack, Hilary Pack, and Tara Nichols; and special friends, Sue, Dan, and Beverly Deaton.
Mrs. Pack will also be missed by several nieces and nephews and a host of special friends in Northern Ireland and the United States.
Pallbearers will be Fred Pack Jr., Bruce Pack, Brian Pack, David Nichols, Tommy Pack, and James Moore.
Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, January 25, 2005, at 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Harmeling officiating.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening, January 25, 2005, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, January 26, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at Sand Hill Cemetery in Del Rio.
Brown Funeral Home has been honored to provide the final arrangements for Mrs. Ann Drennan Pack.
