She left behind a loving husband, Jimmie Williams; Son, Tim Chesney and two daughters, Kimberly Sump and Deana Jones; grandchildren, William (Drew) Swaggerty, Victoria (Tori) Brown Nathan Williams, Abbagail (Abby) Sump; great grandchild, Destiny Brown; sister, Mary Jane Watson; brother, George (G.H.) Chesney Sylvia was a Christian, Mother, Wife and best friend. She was the most loving, caring person that you could have ever met. She was our rock, always had a smile on her face. Her laughter would fill your heart. She always had time to talk and was a good listener. She will be missed more than any words could ever express. Services will be held 6:00 P.M. March 1, 2013 at Rawlings Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie White officiating. Interment will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 2, 2013 in Pawpaw Hollow Cemetery.
