Mr. Lowe was born September 16, 1984, in North Carolina, and was the son of William G. Lowe and Loretta Kay Ailey Devore. He was class valedictorian of the graduating class of 2002 at North Iredell High School and a student at Mitchell Community College. He was a waiter at Captain’s Galley Seafood Restaurant and attended Winthrop Friends Meeting. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Wayne Ailey and William Rex Lowe. Brandon is survived by his: Mother and step-father: Byron and Loretta Kay Devore of Union Grove, NC Father: William G. Lowe of Harmony, NC Brother: Cullen Devore of NC Sisters: Amanda Lowe and his twin sister Ashley Lowe, both of NC Step-brothers: Steve and Jeff Devore Step-sisters: Amanda Devore and Sara Coffey Grandmothers: Elene Ailey and Sadie Lowe both of NC Nephew: Ean Cloer of NC Many aunts, uncles, and cousins Funeral services will be held 7 PM Wednesday in the Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home in North Carolina with the Dr. John McDonald officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service on Wednesday evening and at other times will gather at the residence of Elene Ailey, 462 Sloan Mill Road, Olin, NC. Local graveside services will be held at 11 AM Friday at the Allen Family Cemetery in Sevierville.
