OBITUARY:
FLOYD CHARLES BRYAN, age 74, of Kodak, TN passed away April 17, 2008 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late Charlie T. and Frances Lyle Bryan. Member of Deep Springs Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U. S. Army, having served during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Magnavox with 36 years service. Preceded in death by sister, Yvonne Tipton, and brother-in-law, Lawson Matthews. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Joseph Berrier of Kodak, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Gordon and Ann Bryan of Dandridge, TN; son, Michael Bryan of Kodak, TN; grandchildren, Brittany, Haley, and Mary Jo Berrier; Brianna Bryan and Kasey Bryan; and Patty Loveday; great-granddaughter, Madison Loveday; brothers and sisters, Ray (Ann) Bryan, Tommy (Sue) Bryan, Bobby Matthews, Joyce (Paul) Moore, Betty (John) French; brother-in-law, Bill Tipton. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2008 at Deep Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Roy A. Berrier and Reverend Carl Bryan officiating. Interment graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 20, 2008 with Reverend Tony French and Reverend Sam Bryan officiating, at Bryan-Cate-Drinnon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Bryan-Cate-Drinnon Cemetery, 1751 Fain Cemetery Road, Dandridge, TN 37725.
