She is preceded in death by her husband Bill Harrell; parents Carl and Hellen Witenbarger; sister Nancy Weaver; brother Maxie Witenbarger. She is survived by her sons Billy Harrell and wife Sharon, Terry Harrell; daughters Susan Woods and husband Carl, Tanya Sise and husband Calvin. Grandchildren Tony Painter, Travis Harrell, Laura Bridges, Eddie Woods, Dusty Harrell, Jessie Harrell, Trevor Sise and Zachary Sise; great grandchildren Sierra Bridges, Austin Bridges, Dylan Bridges and Molli Kate Harrell. The family would like to extend a special thanks to her many friends and co-workers especially Don Weaver her brother-in-law. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Galilee Baptist Church, Knoxville, TN. Visitation services will be Tuesday, December 29, 2009 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Highland South Memorial Park Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Randy Troutman and Rev.
