He was born Nov. 24, 1940, in Erie, Pa., and moved to Port Charlotte five years ago from Glens Falls, N.Y. He was a real estate associate for Century 21 Aaward Associates, Charlotte Harbor. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 110 of Port Charlotte and Charlotte County Board of Realtors. He was a veteran of the Korean War, U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte A. Morey of Port Charlotte; sister, Esther Swanker of Schenectady, N.Y.; brother, G. Clark Morey of Sterling Heights, Mich.; niece, Cynthia Peeples of Dallas, Texas; and nephew, Todd Morey of Sterling Heights, Mich. Memorial services will be offered at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church of Port Charlotte. The Rev. Homer Ogle and the Rev. Thomas Keizer will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church Memorial Garden fund, 2230 Hariet St., N.E., Port Charlotte, 33952.
