He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Burl Williams and Erma Evelyn Howard Williams; and brother Billie Williams. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Williams of Sevierville; step-sons, Daniel Ross and Paul Ross; daughter, Angelia Ogle of Sevierville; brothers Dwane Williams and Bobby (Christine)Williams; sister Charlotte Williams all of Sevierville; 4 grandchildren, Jack Dillon Willams, Lindy Williams, Daniel Ross, and Sarah Ross; one great grandchild Gabriel Thomas Williams of Sevierville. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Rawlings Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Bethany Baptist Church. Mr. Williams will lie in state from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burail will follow at Thomas Cemetery. For all their help through Jack's illness; Special friend, Rev.
