He was a veteran having served in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Mary Elizabeth Jenkins; and sister, Mary Faye Jenkins. He is survived by his wife, Judy Jenkins; daughter, Tammy Jenkins; brothers, Roger Fine and Jerry Epley; sisters-in-law, Lisa Shults and Jean Shults all of Newport; brothers-in-law, Arnie Shults and wife Linda of Morristown, and Jerry Shults of Newport. He was also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Wilbur was cremated per his request and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
