Whaley, Joe (J.B.), age 66, formerly of Knoxville and Sevier County, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2001 in Haynes City, Florida. Owned and operated Handcraft Cleaners in Knoxville. Preceded in death by father, Lee Ander Whaley, mother, Minnie DeLozier; step brothers, Don and Troy Rogers; step sister, Linda Rogers.

Son, David; brothers, Jack Whaley and wife, Faye, of Knoxville, Brice Whaley and wife, Brenda of Morristown, Bill Whaley of Knoxville; sister, Flossie LaForlette and husband, Bill of Knoxville; aunt, Viola Ownby Welch of Knoxville; step-brothers, Ray Rogers of Alabama; Elliott Rogers and wife, Linda of Knoxville; step-sister-in-law, Mary Rogers of Knoxville; several devoted nieces and nephews.
