Harold Blaine Maiden, 52, of Kodak, died Sept. 29, at East Tennessee Baptist Hospital.
He was born Aug. 1, 1952, in Frakes, Ky., to the late Lewis Harvey Maiden and Zillian (Irene) Redmond Maiden. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He loved being in the mountains, hunting, fishing and going to church.
Survivors include his wife, Deanna Brady Maiden, of Kodak; son, Jeremy Maiden, of Seymour; daughters, Jessica Angel Chicas, of Charlotte, N.C., and Robbin (and Tom) Whaley, of Seymour; stepdaughter, Lisa (and Scott) Ward, of Sevierville; stepsons, Steve (and Krystal) Knight, and Michael Knight, of Sevierville; five brothers; three sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Friday at Reece Funeral Home and Valley Chapel with the Revs. David Grubbs, Fred Elmore and Eli Hensley officiating. Music was by Sara and Phyliss Littrell.
The family received friends Friday, and burial was held Saturday at the Harrogate Cemetery.
