Survivors: wife, Betty Wilkes Webb; sons, Rick Webb of Knoxville and Gary Webb of WI; grandsons, Mark Webb of WI, Andy and wife, Amanda Webb of Knoxville; great-granddaughter, April Webb; brother and sister-in-law, Bud and Caroll Webb of Knoxville; sisters, Jama Bradford of Knoxville and Faye Raby of Loudon; sister-in-law, Edith Webb of Tampa, Fla.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Tom and Janie Wilkes, Clyde and Lucille Townsend and Margie Wilkes; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with Rev. Ed Cloud and Rev. Mike Sledge officiating.
