Mary Ellen Hance, age 64, of Newport passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Loval and Irene Woody Phillips. She is survived by her husband, Troy Hance of Newport; daughter, Cassie Irene (Glen Dale) Henderson of Del Rio; grandchildren, Summer Jade Henderson, Austin Troy Henderson both of Del Rio, brother Jesse Phillips and sister Martha (Lee) Spurgin all of Washington also other family and a host of very special friends at Con Agra. Funeral services 7 pm Thursday July 20, 2017 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ransom Hall officiating. Burial will be 11 am Friday July 21, 2017 in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Thursday prior to the funeral service.
