She was preceded in death by husband, Hugh R. Huffaker father, Newton T. Underwood mother, Alice DeVore Underwood and brother, Leonard D. Underwood . Survivors: daughter: Alta Joyce Huffaker of Knoxville, several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the charity of your choice, or St. Mary's Residential Hospice 7447 Andersonville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37938.
