Preceded in death by husband, Grover Earl Muncy; brothers, Robert and Carl Tipton; sister, Ruby McNish; stepchildren, Gene and Earl W. Muncy. Survivors include son, James Morgan and wife, Barbara; daughter, Sherri D. Langille and husband, Wayne; stepsons, Tom Muncy and wife, Sharon, Dean Muncy and wife, Cathy; brother, Jack Tipton; sisters, Peggy Bryant, Betty King and Shirley Wilson; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren; sister by choice, Dolores Brewer. The family would like to express a very special thank you to the staff of the 8th floor at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center, Dr. Grapski, Dr. Iqbal and Dr. Meyer for the excellent care provided Mrs. Muncy. A celebration of life service will be held January 21, 2012 at Buffat Heights Baptist Church. Family will receive friends at 1:30 p.m. with service following at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Thompson Cancer Survival Center, Susan G.
