She was preceded in death by parents Elmer and Pricie Thompson; husband George Walker; son Steven Walker; brothers Gilbert and Gary Thompson; and sister Elizabeth Tipton. She is survived by sons Michael, Warren, and Alan (Sammie); daughters, Tammie Denewellis (Mark) and Anna Williams; grandchildren, Travis and Taylor Williams; brothers, James and John Thompson; sisters Mary (Polly) Colson (Charles), Velma (Snookie) Wright (Harlan); and several nephews and nieces. Family will receive friends Monday, March 18, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM with Rev. George Ott officiating.
