ADDIE E. REECE SARTAIN, age 90 of Dandridge, TN passed away Saturday morning, September 3, 2016 at her home. She was a longtime member of the Swanns Chapel Baptist Church where she had been active in church and community activities. Addie was an employee of the Jefferson Co. Nursing Home with over 23 years of service of caring for others. She was a beloved mother and grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia “Pat” Hodge; son and daughter-in-law, Gordon and Dottie Sartain; grandchildren, Kim (David) Hayes, Mike Hodge, Natasha Sartain, and Mandi (Matt) Suddath; great-grandchildren, Jeremy and Joshua Hayes, and Justin Suddath; extended family, Dale, Julie, Hannah and Haley Newman; several nieces and nephews; a special thank you to the people she loved and appreciated which are the staff of Newport Dialysis Clinic and the Jefferson Co. EMS. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 5, 2016, 7:00pm at the Swanns Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Haun and Rev. John Price officiating. Interment graveside services, Tuesday, 11:00am at Swanns Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00pm prior to the services at the church.
