He attended Unitia Free Holiness Church in Friendsville, retired from ALCOA and was a member of ALCOA's 25-Year Club. John served in the United States Navy and was a loving father and grandfather. Preceded in death by: parents, Walter and Dorris Kiser. Survivors include: loving wife of 47 years, Barbara Kiser; daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Tracy Smith of Maryville and Patricia and Richard Alston of Seymour; grandchildren, Jessica, Patrick, Andrew and Tabitha; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Cora Kiser of Maryville, Tom and Tammy Kiser of GA; brother, Willis Kiser of Maryville; sisters, Beth and husband Orville Walker of Maryville, Nellie McGheehan of Knoxville, and Alice Russell of Walland.
