Preceded in death by parents, W.C. and Minnie Dykes Watson ; brothers, Leonard Watson , Rev. Carson Watson , Melburn Watson , Caswell Watson , and Alburn Watson . Survivors: wife of 51 years, Bonnie Henry Watson ; son and daughter-in-law, Billy E. and Debra Watson of Maryville; grandchildren, Melinda, Joey, and Billy Ray Watson , all of Maryville; brother and sister-in-law, Dewey and Dorothy Watson of Lakeland, Fla.; sister, Ella Bell of Illinois, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2002, Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Sidney Ogle officiating. Interment 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Ellejoy Cemetery with military honors provided by the East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.
