He is survived by his wife Nancy, sons and daughters-in-law Johnny and Kim Starkey and Donnie and Lori Starkey, daughter and son-in-law Hannah and Jeremy Burris and Daughter Vickie Starkey, grandchildren Johnathan, Austin, Caleb, Lucas, Abigale, Joanna and Matthew. Special family friend Brenda Price, neices Michelle, Marlene and Jeannie, Brother and sister- in-law Hubert and Mildred Starkey Sister Dorothy Wilson several nieces and nephews. Along with many friends who cared for him deeply. Preceded in death by mother Lillie Mae father Harrison and brother Ben. Special thank you to family friends Mrs Jonnie Cowden, Ann and David Haun, Theresa Stallings, Howard's circle of friends, Alzheimer's TN, Mount Calvary Baptist Church Dandridge Ave. Knoxville , Smokey Mountain Home Health and Hospice and Brightstar-Senior Home Care Funeral service 10 AM Monday in Atchley's Seymour Chapel with Rev.
